Your privacy is treated with the utmost care. All personal information you share with us is handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988.

Your details are used exclusively for matchmaking and introduction purposes. Profiles and contact information are never shared without your explicit consent, and introductions are made only after you approve a potential match.

We do not publish profiles, sell personal data, or share information with third parties. Confidentiality, discretion, and respect are fundamental to every stage of our matchmaking process.

We believe in honest and realistic matchmaking. If your preferences are highly specific or we feel your expectations may be difficult to meet, we will discuss this with you openly during the process.

Where possible, we may suggest alternative approaches that better support your relationship goals. If we determine that we are not the right fit, we will let you know respectfully and transparently.

We strongly recommend booking a 60-minute initial consultation to ensure your expectations align with our matchmaking approach before proceeding. 

Our male members and most female members are based in Australia. In addition, some of our female members are Slavic and based in Europe, including Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.

At this stage, Wanna Marry Me works with clients across Australia, excluding Queensland, due to local licensing requirements. 

We work with clients who are open to meaningful connections across locations. While geography is an important consideration, shared values, compatibility, and long-term intentions remain central to our matchmaking approach.

Successful matchmaking depends on many factors, including timing, personal readiness, compatibility, and mutual chemistry. While we are committed to providing a thoughtful and highly personalised matchmaking experience, we cannot guarantee that you will find a perfect match or enter a relationship. 

Our role is to screen and introduce compatible people carefully and to support you throughout the process. Chemistry can only be discovered through real interaction, and it cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Our focus is on quality introductions, honest feedback, and professional guidance — giving you the best possible opportunity to build a meaningful connection.

The initial consultation is a key part of our matchmaking process. It allows us to understand you beyond the application form,  including your relationship goals, values, expectations, and readiness for a committed partnership.

During this 60-minute session, we review and refine your application, clarify your preferences, and begin shaping a clear, presentable match profile that accurately represents you. This ensures that any future introductions are thoughtful, realistic, and aligned.

The consultation also gives you the opportunity to ask questions and decide whether our service is the right fit for you before proceeding.

When completing the application form, you will be asked to submit three recent, clear photos so we can create an accurate and presentable match profile.

Photo guidelines:

• Photos should be recent (taken within the last 12 months) 
• Clear face visibility (no sunglasses or heavy filters) 
• No swimwear, underwear, or overly revealing photos 
• Natural, well-lit images that reflect how you look today
   

Professional photos are not required. Simple, natural photos are perfectly fine and often preferred.

No. We are a boutique matchmaking agency that values quality over quantity. We carefully review every application and accept only clients whose goals, expectations, and readiness align with our matchmaking approach.

This selective process allows us to maintain a respectful, balanced community and provide thoughtful, personalised introductions rather than volume-based matching.

 You may request a hold of up to 3 months due to serious medical issues, personal circumstances, or entering a new relationship. Approval is at our discretion. Only one hold per membership is permitted.
