At Wanna Marry Me, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, personalised matchmaking and coaching experience. Due to the customised nature of our services, refunds are not available once services have commenced.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after 48 hours after purchase.
• You fail to attend scheduled sessions or do not engage during the agreed service period.
• You request services to be delivered in a way that goes against professional advice.
• The outcome is influenced by external factors outside our control (e.g., personal preferences, timing, or availability of suitable matches).
• You receive introductions that match your stated preferences and criteria, but choose to decline or refuse all of them (sometimes referred to as an "ideal breaker").
• You breached the Membership Service Agreement

We offer a 48-hour voluntary cooling-off period from the time of purchase. During this time, you may request a full refund provided that:
